Partner Privacy

This notice describes the processing of personal data of Opinion League B2B affiliate program partners and their contacts. It complements our Privacy Policy, which applies to panel members.
Data controller
The data is processed by Cre'Online, acting as data controller, represented by Fabrice Payet. You can contact the data controller at [email protected] and our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
Data we collect
As part of the partner program, we collect:
- company information (company name, country, website or promotion channel);
- contact details (name, email address);
- the description of the promotion method provided at registration;
- payment details (PayPal account or bank details) needed for payment;
- technical connection data for the partner dashboard (IP address, connection logs);
- account activity data (clicks, leads, conversions, invoice requests).
Purposes and legal bases
- Performance of a contract: creating and managing the partner account, lead tracking, invoicing and payment of compensation.
- Legitimate interest: platform security, fraud prevention and detection, program improvement.
- Legal obligation: retention of accounting and tax records relating to payments.
Recipients
The data is accessible only to authorised Cre'Online staff and to our processors acting on our behalf: payment provider (PayPal or banking institution), infrastructure hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), technical monitoring and error tracking (Sentry). We do not sell or rent partner data.
We may also disclose this data to comply with a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority, in the context of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business, or to establish, exercise or defend our rights, in particular in the event of a dispute or fraud.
Transfers of your data outside the European Union
Some of our processors may be located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. We frame these transfers using the safeguards provided by the GDPR: an adequacy decision of the European Commission, certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented where necessary by additional measures. Cookies
The partner area uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation and security: a session cookie (to keep you signed in) and an anti-CSRF cookie (to protect forms against fraudulent submissions). Security of your data
Exchanges with the partner area are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access to the data is strictly limited to authorised staff. Your password is stored in encrypted (hashed) form: we never have access to it in plain text. As no method of transmission or storage is entirely infallible, in the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we undertake to notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and, where applicable, to inform you.
Retention
Partner account data is retained for the duration of the relationship, then archived within the applicable legal retention periods (in particular accounting and tax obligations), before deletion or anonymisation.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
